Senior advocates reducing avoidable hospitalizations (S.A.R.A.H.) was established to raise awareness around preventable medical emergencies. Our goal is to build a community that contributes to ongoing senior care management education for individuals and their families. Together we can change the lives of families in our community.

CSCM's annual fundraiser is a way for community members and healthcare experts to join forces and raise money for patients who need it most.

This event is open to all community members to help supply medical equipment, healthcare services, and more to our neighbors.
